Mecadi GmbH – Chemicals\/Processing is a global cross-industry service provider and manufacturer in the fields of permeation and functionalized polymers. Our focus is on services in the field of permeation. The combination of know-how from the fields of permeation measurement, macromolecular chemistry, biotechnology, membrane and film technology, which we make available to our customers, is unique. Our laboratory runs 365\/24. The increased focus on material development and sample production now requires a reinforcement of our team.<\/p>\n


<\/p>\n

Tasks and activities<\/strong>
– Physical-chemical tests, mainly permeation measurements, solubility measurements, chemical resistance <\/p>\n

– <\/span>Working on customer projects according to test plans\/test specifications
– Recording and preparing test samples (blanks)
– Setting up equipment
– Carrying out material tests Standard tests or customer-specific tests
– Evaluation (statistics) and documentation (reporting languages: German and English)<\/p>\n

– Carrying out analyses: thickness, weight, conductivity, titration, various trace detectors, device analysis (MS, KF, etc.)
– In a team: collaboration in method development
– General tasks in the laboratory
– Material procurement (purchasing, planning, goods receipt)
– Separation techniques (e.g. dialysis, ion exchange)
– Support in the production of preparations, shipping work
– Polymer modification (preparative work)<\/p>\n

– Completed training
– Curiosity, creativity, interest in chemistry and mathematics

– Good knowledge of Excel \u00ae and Word \u00ae
– Good German and English language skills<\/p>\n

It would be an advantage if you have this experience <\/strong>experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n

– <\/span>Setup and operation of test equipment (assembly Swagelok\u00ae, Parker\u00ae)
– Practical experience in handling gases
– Electronics and IT affinity
– Automated data acquisition (hardware\/software)
– Instructor qualification
– Analytics (GC)<\/p>\n
