PCTFE ist ein semikristalliner Thermoplast, der durch Extrusion oder Spritzgie\u00dfen bei Temperaturen von 280\u2013350\u00b0 (bei ~280\u00b0 setzt allerdings schon Zersetzung ein) verarbeitet werden kann. Es \u00e4hnelt in seinen Eigenschaften sehr dem PTFE, ist allerdings etwas h\u00e4rter und weniger best\u00e4ndig. PCTFE bietet eine einmalige Kombination zwischen physikalischen und chemischen Eigenschaften (nicht brennbar, chemisch resistent, hervorragende elektrische Eigenschaften) die in keinem anderen thermoplastischen Fluorpolymer zu finden sind. Es ist in einem sehr weiten Temperaturbereich (-240\u00b0C &#8211; 204\u00b0C) einsetzbar.<\/p>\n<h2>Verwendung:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Dicht- und Gleitelemente im chemischen Apparatebau<\/li>\n<li>f\u00fcr Laborger\u00e4te<\/li>\n<li>Armaturen<\/li>\n<li>Rohre<\/li>\n<li>Schaugl\u00e4ser<\/li>\n<li>Auskleidungsmaterial f\u00fcr Beh\u00e4lter<\/li>\n<li>zur Herstellung von Platten, Folien und Steckern<\/li>\n<li>Draht- u.
