Description
E/TFE is a semi-crystalline, transparent and thermoplastic fluorinecopolymer, which is characterised by resistance to chemicals, good mechanical properties and good resistance to atmospheric corrosion. However it offers a lower stability at high temperatures compared with PTFE. The durable service temperature of the copolymer is approximately 150ーC, however E/TFE can be momentary loaded with temperatures by 230ーC.Usage
- tubes
- envelope for cables
- as coating material for industrially used tubes
